• Past highlights include concept and art direction for the Feel Better Faster and Right Relief, Right Here health and wellness campaigns, Vitamins Expertise and Vitamin Angels campaigns to drive sales and donations, Beauty collaboration Birchbox + Walgreens, Walgreens always-on beauty campaign What Makes You Feel Beautiful®, Walgreens beauty club Beauty Enthusiast hat established a membership of close to 7 million and Walgreens former loyalty program Balance® Rewards. 

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead cross-functional teams through concept and development of integrated, omnichannel campaigns for Brand, Community, Photography, Owned Brands, Digital Commerce, myWalgreens Health Access™, vision pilot stores and more.
• Create and manage brand standards, style guides, toolboxes and asset libraries. Elevate and maintain design standards across multiple touchpoints.
• Establish the overall photography style for the Walgreens brand and manage the production of brand photo shoots.
• Prepare pitch decks and present them as needed to push best-in-class creative into the market.
• Determine project scope, create concepts, design, and execute award-level creative work.
• Mentor, collaborate and inspire cross-functional teammates across different skill levels and subject matter experience. Assist with training new or entry-level designers.
• Manage the production of art and design assets and coordinate design work with copywriters, designers, developers, project managers and leaders.
