Digital Forward Store Experience
Building on Walgreens’ latest brand expression, my creative team teamed up with environmental and marketing partners to launch an exciting new way to shop. The vision? A fully service-based, digitally enabled store designed to make it easier than ever for customers to get exactly what they need. With features like our digital convenience services, a grab-and-go area, self-checkout, and an elevated pharmacy experience, we focused on making shopping quick, seamless, and effortless. Every detail, from the signage systems to the customized content, environmental images, and murals, was crafted and curated by our in-house agency to create an experience that’s as innovative as it is customer-friendly.
